Login using "anonymous1" as the login/username.

Once loggged into the FTP site, change directories to '/pub'. Please make sure that you (ZIP/PC) OR (STUFF/MAC) your files. Windows users can download this free FTP Program to access our FTP Server & upload their Duplium related files.

Note: You will not see a directory listing, which ever FTP client you use may give an error to this effect. Also, if you have trouble connecting try setting your FTP client to "Passive Mode" or "Active Mode". If you are not sure where this setting is or how to set it, please consult the help guides of your FTP client software or call or email thier support department.

Also, you should name your project something related to the COMPANY NAME, ARTIST NAME, PRODUCT TITLE or just anything that we can identify to.

Once you have uploaded your files, please send an email with your uploaded file name(s) to your Duplium CSR or Sales Representative.

(* Please note if you are using a MAC, you will need to use FTP software, such as Fetch. Internet web browsers will not work.)
